The Arden Park is a character Victorian town house that was built in the 1860'S. Whilst it still retains the architectural features of days gone by, the property boasts deluxe en suite facilities in all of its rooms. Guests can be sure of a warm, friendly atmosphere in this comfortable guest house just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. There is also a guest lounge and a patio garden. Our breakfast is an 'all you can eat' continental-style buffet of ham, boiled eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice and freshly-brewed coffee or tea.

Arden Way Guest House has 6 letting rooms, all tastefully decorated. We are conveniently situated for the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the NEC. All rooms have full en-suite facilities including bath and shower and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot. Also rooms have colour TV, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, fresh fruit and flowers. The 200 year old barn near Bath was sympathetically renovated in 2000 and was formerly a hayloft it still retains many of its original features with old stone, vaulted ceilings, and beams. It is set in its own grounds with safe off street parking.

There are 5 doubles, one twin and one single room. The pub offers an informal area to relax with a drink or dine. Menus are changed regularly and include bar snacks, light lunches and a la carte selections. Local ingredients are used where possible. You can relax with a drink by the open fire or in the garden.

Our 2 buildings were originally constructed by William Harold, a carpenter, who built a house and workshop around 1750. In 1871, William Harold III converted the house into a public house and in 1981, the workshops were converted into bed and breakfast accommodation. A full history is available when you come and visit.
